In this paper, we show by counterexamples that the six propositions about the fuzzy beta-core in the fuzzy beta-covering approximation space in Yang and Hu (2017) [3] are incorrect, and interpret the cause of errors. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
