Fredric rosen,66, is living many an entrepreneur's tasty dream. Twelve years ago Rosen walked away from ticketing giant Ticketmaster-which he had built into the industry's Goliath-once it was bought by Barry Diner's USA Networks. "After you've been a principal, you don't want to be an employee," explains Rosen, in a nod to Diller's hands-on management style and a widely reported clash of egos.But after a decade of dabbling in various management jobs, including with a traveling carnival company, Rosen has surfaced as a Ticketmaster competitor.
