Involving Members in IFT Governance

Recurring questions about IFT's current system of governance— committee structure, internal communications, communications with the members, responsiveness and rapid decision making, Council structure and size, and general representation of the members in decision making—led to the appointment of an IFT Task Force on Governance last year. Roy Arnold described the formation of this task force in his President's Page in the July 1995 issue of Food Technology.
