Without food and food packaging technology to provide nourishment as we know them in this millennium, we cease to continually improve our quality and character. Even with effective understanding of the indispensability of our food delivery systems, we repeatedly fall far short of simple basic goals of feeding our population in this country or on this planet. We of the technological community are often mystified by both our expanding knowledge to offer safe, quality food and our paucity of sound information on too many topics.
