Campden BRI assesses food and drink sector needs

Campden BRI members' views on the food and drink sector needs have helped to provide the basis for the Centre's triennial publication 'Scientific and technical needs of the food and drink industry' - published in January. For presentational purposes the needs identified have been organised into six overlapping Strategic Themes. These are:-1. Raw materials and ingredients - which covers all the primary products and manufactured ingredients used in food and drink, as well as the packaging materials used with the product.
