Report on the Audit of the London Borough of Hackney

The London Borough of Hackney was audited by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in June 2010. The authority nwas selected for audit because it was representative of a geographical mix of 25 Councils from across England, nand had not been previously audited. Hackney had also reported a low level of local food business compliance nalong with a reduced number of full time equivalent (FTE) food service officers in their statistical returns to the nFSA.
