Report on the Focused Audit of the City and County of Swansea

As part of its ongoing audit programme the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in Wales has published a Report ncovering a recent focused audit of the city and county of Swansea. This audit dealt specifically with Regulation n(EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs in food business establishments. The aim of these audits is to nmaintain and improve consumer protection and confidence by ensuring that the food law enforcement service nprovided by local authorities is effective.
