This consultation is seeking stakeholder views on the latest proposed amendments to the Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.The consultation is aimed at:• businesses that manufacture, import, wholesale and/or retail food contact plastic; recycled plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food; and varnishes and coatings • port health authorities• local enforcement authorities • consumers and other interested stakeholders, who may have an interest in the policy and legislation onfood contact materials.
