London-based Tate & Lyle showcased its TASTEVA Stevia Sweetener at Engredea earlier this month. The natural, zero-calorie stevia sweetener offers a clean, sweet taste with no bitter aftertaste, meeting consumer demand for natural, low-calorie and low-sugar products, according to the company. It achieves 50% or more sugar reduction without the bitter aftertaste, even at higher usage levels.
