Walrus moves to Essex

Supermarine Walrus I W2718 (G-RNLI) has moved to the Vintage Fabrics' hangar at Audley End, Essex. It had been in storage in south coast locations since mid-2006 and is thought to have recently been acquired by a US-based owner.rnThe amphibian had been extensively rebuilt by well-known restorer Dick Melton, but still needs considerable work to get it back into the air.
