The squadron codes on the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre's Avro Lancaster B.VII NX611 Just Jane have been changed to DX-F and LE-H in tribute to Fred and Harold Panton, the brothers who have been the driving force in the aircraft's restoration. When NX611 was moved to its current home (formerly RAF East Kirkby), it sported the squadron codes YF-C representing the Station Flight at Scampton. It was decided to paint Just Jane with the squadron codes of 57 (DX-) and 630 (LE-) squadrons, as they had been based at East Kirkby from August 1943 to 1945. The individual code letter X' was retained. As a mark of respect to Harold and his late brother Fred, the code letter has been changed to'H' on the port side and 'F' on starboard.
