Glyn Powell remembered

The aviation heritage community was rocked by news of Glyn Powell's death on November 26. The New Zealander is rightly regarded as the 'father of Mosquito restoration'. Due to his pioneering work, no fewer than three of the once 'extinct' World War Two fighters have successfully flown from Ardmore, near Auckland. All are now maintained in flyable condition in North America.
