YAK-7V Trainer

The Yak-7V was originally designed to serve the Soviet Air Force as a dual control fighter trainer as well as a liaison and unit support aircraft. It was powered by a 1,050 hp M-1051312-cylinder Vee engine which gave it a maximum speed of 380 mph and a service ceiling of 35,100 feet. Armament consisted of an engine mounted 20mm cannon and two 12.7mm machine guns in the nose. On internal fuel, it had a range of approximately 560 miles.
