Welcome back. Please pardon this somber opening, but I was very scared; as we all should be. We (model fliers in general) recently dodged a big bullet. At a jet event a rather "battle weary" plane (thankfully it was a blunt-nosed jet, and not a 20+ inch, multi-bladed carbon-fiber buzz saw-nosed gasser) turned in hard, aiming at the pilot with a good rate of speed, and then just before another hard pull could put it on the correct side of the dead-line (which was thankfully the outside edge of the 70-foot wide runway) ... everything went to hell (you will have noticed my non-genteel language).
