Cirrus delivers first SR20 to train French air force

Cassidian Aviation Training Services (CATS) has received the first Cirrus aircraft to support its delivery of pilot instruction activities for the French air force, with the four-seat SR20 having been delivered to Salon-de-Provence air base. Announcing its selection by the EADS company on 23 August, Cirrus Aircraft said it had handed over the first of 13 SR20s two weeks earlier, with seven more powerful SR22s to follow from September.
