Embraer holds delivery rate in first quarter

Embraer delivered 14 commercial aircraft in the first quarter of 2014, maintaining production at last year's level. The mix of deliveries included eight 76-seat Embraer 175s, four El90s and one each of the E170 and E195. The airframer expects to deliver between 92 and 97 commercial aircraft for the full year - slightly more than the 90 E-Jets delivered in 2013. The company's firm order backlog has increased by $1 billion since 31 December, rising to $19.2 billion.
