Epoxy coatings

The firetex range of passive fire protection coatings was introduced by manufacturer Sherwin-Williams at a recent Offshore Technology Conference in Houston in the US state of Texas. The M90 series of intumescents provides hydrocarbon facilities with up to 3 hours' protection in a jet or pool fire on structural steel; decks; bulkheads; pipe supports; process equipment; valves and pressure vessels. Products help to achieve the fire resistance ratings for a sound PFP system and meet global standards for weatherability and durability.
