The present invention relates to an epoxy resin, an epoxy paint composition comprising the same, a coating film formed by the epoxy paint composition, and a base material to which the coating film is attached, and the epoxy resin according to the present invention has a low viscosity without mixing of a solvent and/or a diluent. It can be used as a paint, and in film forming using the epoxy paint composition including the epoxy resin, the drying rate is significantly improved compared to the existing paint film, and a coating film having the same or higher level of overall physical properties can be manufactured.
