摘要

Taking 20-ton resistance-strain-cylindric load-sensor system as a study object, this paper more com- pletely studied its non-linearity error. Using the finite element theory and computer simulation technique, the paper analysed the strain in the working area of the elastic body, and pointed out that there are strain gradient within the working area, which is the main source of the system's non-linear error. The calculation formula of non-linear error caused by the strain gradient was derived. The final conclusin was applied to a 50-ton resistance-strain-cylindric-sensor design.
