摘要

In this paper, the hybrid renewable energy source is utilized with maximum efficiency by deploying the current fed inverter for the ac loads with reduced settling time and harmonics. The hybrid renewable energy source has the combination of the wind and solar energy. The main objective of the proposed paper is a single stage conversion of power to the ac loads. The current fed switched inverter is mainly used for the high voltage gain and for the protection over the shoot through state. The modified current fed switched inverter achieves the above mentioned advantages by utilizing the characteristics of both impedance source and switched boost inverter. The maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is implemented with incremental conductance algorithm to get the maximum power output from the photovoltaic (PV) panel. The settling time of the dc link capacitor and the harmonics of the ac load current are reduced by the fuzzy based MPPT.
