Avaya launches multivendor comms outsourcing service

Avaya has launched, globally, a set of outsourcing services designed to "help companies dramatically increase the performance, reduce the costs and accelerate the transformation of their communications environments." Avaya is offering to take on the task of managing all of a company's communications operations regardless of age, location or vendor. It says that doing so will help customers compete in a new era of advanced collaboration.
