The deterioration of the sewer pipes which were developed rapidly after a period of high economic growth in our country has progressed with an elapse of years, and a large-scale renewal is anticipated. Therefore, we need to decide on a renewal plan matching the coming age of maintenance as stock management of sewer pipes.rnIn this study, I paid attention to the cave-ins arising from sewer pipes which have a great influence on our social activities and quantitatively evaluated outbreak and influence factors. Consequently, we made clear the sort of pipes, the size of pipes and the years of provision of a service which are in need of early renewal, and also the loss by road cave-ins. Furthermore, for the purpose of contributing to effective renewal, I investigated the evaluation method of renewal priority which could be used for a judgment indicator when leveling is preformed. According to a calculation example of φ 150mm, the ceramic pipe and the pipe whose years of a service is over 50 years take precedence over the renewal priority. At the same time, by renewing following the order of priority, it is able to render services to a decrease in cave-in risks.%高度経済成長期以降に急速に整備された我が国の下水道管きょは，経過年数とともに老朽rn化が進行しており，それに伴う大規模な更新需要が見込まれている。そのため，下水道管きょのスrnトソクマネジメントとして，これからの維持管理時代に対応した更新計画の策定が必要とされる。rn本研究では，社会活動に重大な影響を及ぼす下水道管きょを起因とする道路陥没に着日し，そrnの発生・影響要因の定量的な評価を行った。その結果，早期更新を行う必要性が高い供用年数，rn管種，管径および道路陥没による損失を明らかとした。さらに，効率的な更新に寄与することをrn目的とし，平準化を行う際の判断指標として用いることが可能な更新優先度評価手法を検討した。rn￠150mmの算出例によると，更新優先度の上位を占めるのは，供用年数50年以上 管種CP（陶rn管）であり，これらの早期更新を行う必要性が高いことが明らかとなった。また，優先順位に従っrnた更新を行うことによって，道路陥没リスクの低減にも寄与することが可能となる。
