PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleanliness evaluation system and endoscope cleanliness evaluation method capable of easily evaluating cleanliness of an endoscope after washing.;SOLUTION: The endoscope cleanliness evaluation system for evaluating cleanliness of channels of an endoscope after washing, includes: an endoscope including at least a body part, a connector part for performing connection with an external device, and a cable part for connecting the body part and the connector part, and having channels formed in the body part, the connector part, and the cable part; a liquid delivery unit to be connected to a first opening part of a channel of the endoscope; a cleanliness evaluator connected to a second opening part of a channel of the endoscope and including a filter part; and a suction unit connected to the cleanliness evaluator. The cleanliness evaluator has an inlet and an outlet, and is connected via the inlet to the second opening and via the outlet to the suction unit respectively.
