Microwave VNAs available in five frequency models

The PNA Series Microwave Vector Network Analyzers are available with a two-port internal single-source or a four-port internal dual-source configuration in 13.5-, 26.5-, 43.5-, 50-, and 67-GHz frequencies. All five models provide 0.1 -dB receiver compression point higher than +10 dBm, and the highest source output power is +11 dBm at 67 GHz. Measurement options include noise figure, gain compression, two-tone IMD/spectrum analysis, true-mode stimulus, source phase control, and fast CW mode. The PNA family shares a common software platform to custom ize performance to meet budget and measurement needs. Software options also can be added to meet future test requirements. PNAs are compatible with the company's Physical Layer Test System, materials measurement software, and multiport test sets and offer connectivity via LAN, USB, and GPIB.
