Local and regional authorities spell out priorities for 2013

The EU Committee of the Regions (CoR) sets its priorities for 2013 in a resolution adopted at its 30 November plenary session. They obviously focus on the major concerns of the day, such as the Economic and Monetary Union, employment and cohesion policy.
