As Senior Vice President & National Environmental Sector Leader, John Cowdery is responsible for all aspects of managing TRC’s National Environmental Sector Practice. His primary focus is developing the strategy and tactics for continued profitable growth throughout both technical and geographical areas. Working with the Leadership Team of the Environmental Sector, John supports the Market Initiatives developed for client expansion and broadening the scope of services TRC provides. Prior to joining the Company in 2013, John served as CEO of the management-consulting firm Callard & Cowdery. Prior to running his own consulting firm, John was Senior Vice President of ICF International’s Environmental, Planning and Infrastructure segment. And before his ICF tenure, John served as President and CEO of Jones & Stokes, where he led the acquisition of Jones & Stokes by ICF. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of AE Business Leaders. John earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Health from Southern Illinois University and an MBA in Finance from Saint Mary’s College of California.
