New Polish Environment Law Already Set For Amendment

Changes to the recently amended Polish Environmental Protection Law are already being drafted, even though the latest update only came into force on December 8. December's rewrite meant nearly one hundred amendments to the original 2001 law, which is the principal, framework legal act, laying down the foundations of Polish environmental legislation. The amendments included important changes on product information and limited use areas and many of them help bring Poland into line with EU environmental legislation, ahead of the country's accession to the EU on May 1.
