Efet criticises proposed Polish storage law amendment

A proposed amendment to the Polish natural gas storage law will delay development of a secure, liquid and competitive market, European energy traders association Efet's vice-chairman for central and southeast European gas, Davide Rubini, says. Companies cannot be awarded an exemption to the law under the amendment and previous exemptions will be withdrawn, even if this affects contracts.
