Measures needed to avoid food waste from hospitality

A new report drawn up for the Nordic Council of Ministers has concluded that measures are needed to avoid food waste from the hospitality sector.The report, Prevention of food waste in hotels, canteens and catering, covers a range of operations involving preparing and serving food outside private homes, i.e. the hospitality sector. It maps out how this sector can avoid food waste, and considers whether regulation might be needed.
