摘要

The European PV (photovoltaic) legal project, which ended this month and presented its findings on 8 February, has found that one year after the deadline for transposing the renewable energy sources (RES) Directive, with which the EU aims to reach 20 per cent of renewables by 2020, there are still a number of legal-administrative barriers affecting the planning and use of photovoltaic (PV) systems in the EU."While there are reasons to be optimistic, there are still a number of obstacles to making PV financially competitive," said Reinhold Buttgereit, the Secretary General of EPIA, the European Photovoltaic Industry Association.
