THE CURRENT STATE OF THE PV MARKET, NEW RES LAW IN GREECE

This paper presents in short the recently introduced RES Law (3851/2010) for the simplification and promotion of RES in Greece, the current state of the PV market, the achievements so far and the prospects in view of the new RES Law. Several industrial PV manufacturing efforts are in place in Greece producing PV wafers, cells and modules. The most noted efforts and the PV production capacity are presented.
