A Georgia administrative law judge Jan. 19 remanded for modification two emissions-related issues in a proposed coal-fired power plant state air quality permit. The ruling sends the permit back to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division and the consortium developing the plant, but removes the need to redo the entire permit application.
