For the reasons stated above: The United States' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Regarding the Conjecture Mine Site, Dkt. 235, is GRANTED. FRC is jointly and severally liable to the United States for $3,653,362.52 in cleanup costs and $54,546.22 in accrued interest. FRC is also jointly and severally liable to the United States for all additional costs of removal or remedial action incurred by the United States after January 31, 2013, that are not inconsistent with the NCR See 42 U.S.C. §§ 9607(a)(4)(A);9613(g)(2).
