When I said I'd be happy to review this book I hadn't realised just how large it was. At over 1300 pages, 23/4 inches thick, and weighing in at 2.8 kg, this isn't so much of a book as a mini library. Needless to say I have not read it from cover to cover, rather I've read the opening chapters and then dipped into a few others that took my fancy as I poured over the table of contents and its sixty-two chapter headings.
