Lawmakers Seek To Improve ESA Coordination On EPA's Pesticide Decisions

House lawmakers are urging the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to implement greater coordination between EPA and other agencies on pesticide registration consultations as required under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), in an attempt to head off activists' lawsuits trying to force such coordination.
