EPA, DOE Ramp Up Outreach For States On Using CHP To Meet Air Rules

EPA and the Department of Energy (DOE) are ramping up a major outreach effort to encourage states to use combined heat and power (CHP) as a key compliance option for EPA's emission rules, including its pending boiler air toxics standard, crafting new reports and modeling tools to help states identify ways to boost CHP use.
