Using the new awwarf model RMP to meet EPA rules on risk management programs

On June 20th,1996 EPA issued final regulations on risk Management Programs (RMPs) for chemical accidental release prevention provisions of 112r of the Clean Air Act Amendments (FR 61[120],p.31668,June 20,1996).It requries an estimated 7,200 public and private drinkign water and wastewater treatment systmes that use significant quantities of chlorine,sulfur dioxide,or ammonia to develop ocmprehensive RMPs.
