PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk base authentication device for suppressing processing labor for learning to be performed during operation, and for preventing any additional man power from being required for generating learning data in the case of achieving risk base authentication by using machine learning.SOLUTION: The risk base authentication device comprises: a learning data recording part 390 for recording learning data including feature information; a learning result recording part 392 for recording an identification function learnt for each user ID; a hyper parameter selection policy recording part 394 for recording a selection policy of a hyper parameter regulating the operation of a learning algorithm; a risk determination model learning data generation device 100 for inputting the user ID and the feature information, and for, when authentication using the user ID succeeds, recording the learning data; and a risk determination model learning device 200 for inputting the user ID, and for relearning the identification function from the learning data corresponding to the user ID by using the learning algorithm in which the optimal hyper parameter determined on the basis of the selection policy is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
