Bill Rankin Gained practical experience as an electrical worker in the construction industry for seven years before completing his electrical engineering studies in 1999. Currently employed as a technologist with WorleyParsons in Perth, he has two roles within the organisation. He is part of the global completions team developing systems for expanding the company's international engineering, procurement and construction management capabilities, specialising in commissioning requirements.
