PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a clinical laboratory receptionist to assign appropriate technologists to the test rooms reserved for patients' biological tests. PSOLUTION: In response to an operator's predetermined command, an attending technologist decision apparatus 10 decides, for each of all the test rooms reserved for biological tests, which technologist is expected to have the best capability in the test room, from the scheduled frequency of each type of biological test scheduled in the test room and each technologist's skill value for each type of biological test, and presents the technologist decided for each test room to the operator via a display device 10a.
