In the January issue of Engineers Australia magazine, the article "Guilty plea to registration breach" correctly noted: "No conviction was recorded." However, later in the article a sentence began with: "After the conviction ...". This sentence should have started: "After the court proceedings ... ".Engineers Media apologises for any confusion this may have caused and any distress felt by John Ruffini.
