We are in the age of information and data. In 2014 3.5 Zeta bytes (3.5 x 1021) of unique new information will be created. More than in the last 5000 years. It is estimated that by 2049 a $1000 computer will exceed the computational capabilities of the entire human species. If information is power, we all have a lot more of it within easy access. Just ask your computer (or phone, or tablet) any question - up comes the data. So how do we as professionals and leaders add value? There are differences between humans and machines - even highly sophisticated IT machines. Humans not only access information, think and compute. We have other senses and capacities.
