Butler Design Group has been selected by Meridian West Development Co. to provide design services for AZ202 mixed-use development to be built on a 45-acre site at Arizona Ave. and Loop 202 in Chandler. The project consists of two office buildings with total floor area of 361,414 sq ft, retail and restaurant space of 82,758 sq ft and a 170-room hotel.
