Carollo Engineers has been selected by the Hi-Desert Water District to serve as owner's representative for the new centralized wastewater treatment plant, water reclamation facility and associated pipelines to be located on 80 acres along Highway 62. The project goal is to recharge the local groundwater basin for future community use. The construction cost is estimated at $34 million to $40 million.
