PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a leasing company and a user in connection with an update of a lease contract.SOLUTION: Information on lease contracts which can be collectively switched if difference between the total amount of current payment and the total amount of payment concerning a new lease contract is within a prescribed scope and difference between the total amount of payment including expenses required for cancellation, etc. to be paid before a switch to the new lease contract and the total amount of current payment is within a prescribed scope, based on expenses calculated on the basis of information on identified lease contracts, which are a first lease contract whose basic lease term expires prior to a day after a lapse of a first period from the present day, a second lease contract which expires prior to a day preceding the expiration date of the first lease contract by a second period and can be re-executed, and a third lease contract which expires prior to a day after a lapse of a third period from the expiration date, is output.
