Boise State University is planning to build an 864-bed housing development in partnership with private developer American Campus Communities of Austin, Texas. The four-acre development will entail 225 units, totaling 323,000 sq ft. The project comprises a total of eight buildings, one of which will be a community center. The project is expected to be completed by fall 2011.
