Presidio Companies has selected Tricorp Hearn as the design-builder of the Grandview Hotel in St. Helena. The project entails designing and building a 57-room, 43,000-sq-ft luxury hotel, including a spa, a fitness center and a restaurant. The job also includes the demolishment of five existing on-site buildings as well as the preservation and updating of one building, Acacia House, which will house five suites and the lobby. HR Group is the architect-of- record, and the Gensler Interior Design Group will handle the interior finishes.
