Request for Specialized A/E Firm Qualification Information Design Services to Develop Construction Documents for Capacity Improvements to a Proposed New Interlocking at MP 157 at Kingston, Rl. Introduction: Amtrak intends to accept Letters of Interest (LOI) for this solicitation which is funded by FRA grants through RIDOT. Responses are to include qualification information that is requested below. Amtrak, at its sole discretion and without discussion, will determine which firms are qualified to be added to its Bid List to receive a Solicitation. Only interested firms that can demonstrate that they meet the minimum qualifications listed below should e-mail a LOI on company letterhead indicating the qualifications stated below to: Michael McGraw, Sr. Contracting Agent, Amtrak/National Railroad Passenger Corporation.
