Trained power-line workers are expected to be in high demand as more than 20% of the current workforce will retire by the next decade. This demand will only intensify as the nation struggles to modernize an aging energy infrastructure. Depending upon the area of power-line work, these professionals can be working at heights greater than 250 ft or at depths in excess of 50 ft.
