摘要

Disclosed are a joint training simulator for railway driving workers, and a method for evaluating joint training of railway driving workers by using the same. The joint training simulator for railway driving workers of the present invention comprises: a storage unit in which libraries obtained by objectifying at least one of a vehicle, an event, and a scenario by using virtual engineering are stored; multiple user simulators which output, as an interface onto a display, a library selected by an administrator from among the libraries, and transmit a user input value with respect to the interface; and an integrated management simulator which receives an input value of a first user transmitted from a first user simulator among the multiple user simulators, transmits the input value of the first user to a second user simulator, and receives an input value of a second user corresponding to the input value of the first user through the second user simulator to evaluate a response of the second user. The integrated management simulator recombines a library according to an input value received from the first user simulator. According to the present invention, situations similar to various actual railway-related situations can be selectively experienced.
